Instructions

  1. Sit in a comfortable position.
  2. Become aware of your thoughts and feelings and let them pass.
    Acknowledge each thought and emotion and return to peace.
  3. Don’t try to figure everything out. Just take a break from the chaos.
    You will soon see that things will correct themselves. You need to do nothing else. You simply need to pause.
