  4. Attend an exercise or dance class
    These activities are all about synchronizing with other people.

    If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, a flash mob is a great choice. It’s fun, casual, and a great way to synchronize with others.

  6. Cook with someone else
    Cooking and cleaning can be a long and tiresome process when you’re doing it alone. Try cooking in tandem with someone else - you’ll get a delicious meal out of it too.
