Overcome your fears

Instructions

  1. Identify a fear.
    Consider which fears are holding you back in life. Phobias like spiders can be debilitating, but things like a fear of failure have more impact on our everyday lives.

  2. Find a quiet place.
    Find somewhere you can relax and engage with your subconscious.

  3. Imagine yourself enjoying the thing you are afraid of.
    If you are afraid of water, for example, imagine swimming. Think about enjoying the sun on your back and the cooling sensation. Imagine being in a picturesque waterfall, swimming around.

  4. Repeat daily.
    Repeating this for 5-10 minutes each day will rewire your thinking, making the activity no longer fearful for you.
