Nurture healthy habits to make good use of your time

Instructions

  1. Evaluate your habits and thoughts.
List down all the thoughts and habits that you currently have. Are these thoughts and habits positive or negative? If they’re positive, you’re making good use of your time, and you need to keep nurturing them. If they’re negative, however, it means you need to make the necessary changes so time becomes your friend, not your enemy.
  2. Craft a strategy to change any thoughts and habits that you don’t want to make permanent.
This is a life-long practice. When you notice fearful thoughts creeping in, replace them with a thought of trust. Similarly, if you keep on performing unhealthy habits, replace them with healthy, positive ones.
  3. Practice!
Now you live your strategy. Time will make permanent anything that is repeated over time. It is your choice what you make out of your time.
