Never say anything negative about yourself.

The way that you see yourself is only your perception. It’s not who you really are. The negative thoughts can keep you down, even though they are just thoughts, but you are much better than you think you are.

Instructions

  1. Think of two or three negative thoughts you might have had about yourself.
    What are specific instances when you disproved the negativity that those thoughts represent?
  2. If you cannot change some aspect of yourself, find a way to view it as an asset.
