Instructions

  1. Ask the magic question in negotiations.
    When trying to reach a mutually beneficial agreement, ask the other party: ā€œWhat would it take?ā€ and discuss further.
  2. Create a more valuable negotiation.
    Come up with even better ideas before, during, or after a negotiation to create more value for you and the other party. You should ask yourself, and discuss with the other party when appropriate, the following questions: How could this be even better for me? How could it be even better for them? Who else could benefit?
