Master motivation

Instructions

  1. Find your “why” behind your goal.
First, write down your goal and then determine your motivations. Why do you want to achieve your goal? Write out all the essential motivations based on your priorities. The best reasons should be first. Finally, understand and feel these reasons.

  2. Stay motivated.
Anticipate your prize -  the effort can become its own reward. Recognize that forming a new habit may take months, so set realistic expectations. Use a habit app or calendar chain to make the process more enjoyable. Measure the gains, not the gap, and appreciate small wins!

  3. Build intentional relationships.
Surround yourself with people who will give you the motivation to achieve your goals. Lean on your friends or join online communities, running and exercise groups, masterminds, coaching and mentoring circles, reading and study groups, and accountability groups.
