Make your tea and coffee rich and enjoyable


  1. Consume different types of tea while fasting.
    These fluids will give you energy and also keep you hydrated throughout your fast period. 
  2. You can consume both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee during your fast.
    Coffee can energize you and also reduce your hunger.
  3. Add coconut oil to your tea or coffee.
    Adding 1 to 2 teaspoons of coconut oil to your fasting tea or coffee can help alleviate hunger.
  4. Add fats such as butter, ghee, heavy whipping cream (35% fat), or whole milk to your fasting tea or coffee. 
    This can help reduce hunger so that you are able to fast for the required duration. 
  5. Spice your tea and coffee with cinnamon. 
    Cinnamon will not only give your tea or coffee a good flavor, but it can also help reduce your appetite while you are fasting. 
  6. Add lemon to give your tea and coffee a good flavor.
