Make your goals work for you

Instructions

  1. Remind yourself of your mission.
    How do you want to change the world?

  2. Create your high, hard goals.
    This should be challenging and high reaching but realistic. It should be aligned with your mission.

  3. Write down your daily clear goals.
    List 7-8 daily tasks you need to do to achieve your high, hard goals. This ensures you’ll not do much or too little toward your goals. Experiment with what works best for you.

  4. Write your next batch of clear goals in order of difficulty.
    Before bed, write down your next clear goals so you can save the hassle and start immediately tomorrow. Also, prioritize your hardest task as willpower and energy decrease as the day goes on.
