Instructions

  1. Identify what you truly feel.
    Ask yourself: “What am I feeling right now?”
  2. Appreciate your emotions often.
    Acknowledge that they exist to help you.
  3. Discover what the emotion is trying to tell you.
    Ask yourself what you want to feel and what prevents you from feeling it.
  4. Gain confidence in your ability to handle emotions.
    Recall times when you’ve handled it successfully, and visualize yourself succeeding.
  5. Take action!
    Get excited about the fact that you can easily handle the emotion and take action to prove it.
