  1. Focus on making micro-shifts in your life to get used to new habits.
    To make a personal transformation in your life, make small changes to your daily habits. For example, if you want to eat healthier, start by drinking an extra cup of water today. You can also change one ingredient for one meal and repeat that daily. If you want to read more books, start reading one paragraph daily. Once that becomes a habit, increase its complexity by reading two paragraphs, three, and so on.
