Accept that you will fail.
When you are trying to accomplish something, you will have to make mistakes. Everyone that became great at doing something had to deal with countless failures. Mario Livio, an astrophysicist, writes, “More than 20 percent of Einstein’s original papers contain mistakes of some sort."
Learn from your mistakes.
Failures by themselves won’t bring any sort of progress toward anything, but the lessons you can derive from them can be invaluable.
