Make healthy food choices

Instructions

  1. Make 80% of your plate alkaline and 20% acidic foods.
    For example:
     - 20% of your plate: grilled salmon
     - 80% of your plate: green beans with garlic leeks and yellow squash sauteed with oregano and cultured vegetables.

  2. Educate yourself about food choices.
You could search and write about the bad acid-forming foods so you know what to remove from your diet. For example, sugar, candy, soft drinks, and flour products.

  3. Create a balanced plate to achieve a balanced body.
An example of a balanced plate will have animal protein like beef, fish, eggs, small size of sweet potatoes, and one cup of quinoa.

  4. Eat fruits on an empty stomach.
You can try to eat fruit on an empty stomach in the morning, but do not combine them with starchy foods. To your breakfast plate, you can add the following fruits: grapefruit, kiwi, and blueberries.

  5. Drink water as soon as you wake up.
Every morning, drink a glass of water before eating, and if you don't like the taste of plain water, add some lemon or lime. Be creative.
