Make harmony work for you

Instructions

  1. Reflect on your current environment.
    Are you surrounded by positive or negative people? Do they inspire you, or do they drain you?
  2. Identify the energy you find difficult to get away from.
    Do you tend to find angry people everywhere you go? How are you harmonizing with these people? How can you remove this energy from your life?
  3. Write down one thing you’ll change this week to improve your environment.
    How will you change this thing? How long will it take? How will it make you feel? Once you have achieved this change, consider trying this exercise again with another aspect you want to change in your environment.
