Make a healthy breakfast each morning

Instructions

  1. Make a healthy, delicious, and nourishing breakfast.
    For breakfast, you can eat:
     - oatmeal with fresh fruit and nuts
     - smoothie (only fruit, only vegetables, or fruit + vegetable like baby spinach, and you can add nuts, flaxseed, cinnamon, plant milk/water, maple syrup, or honey)
     - whole-grain bread with some vegetable or legume spread
     - muffins ( oat or any whole grain flour + plant milk/water + baking powder + banana, blueberries, apple, any fruit you like)

  2. Add honey, dates, or agave/maple syrup to your recipes to sweeten them.

  3. Add flaxseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, nuts, and fruit to make breakfast more nourishing.
