Instructions

  2. Stay away from your phone.
    Put it in another room to have some time for yourself.
  3. Cancel any tedious or challenging tasks you don’t want to do.
  4. Cry if you need to.
    Crying reduces stress hormones.
  5. Get some sunshine.
    This will uplift your moods.
  6. Indulge in exercises.
    For example, stand up, move your body, or stretch. This could also improve your mood.
  7. Avoid artificial blue light, especially after dark, and go to bed before midnight.
    Artificial lights can take a negative toll on your sleep.
