    Make a decision to discard the beauty standards that are imposed by society because they can destroy your self-confidence. By loving yourself the way you are, you become open to loving others and becoming less judgemental and critical.

  2. Perceive aging as beautiful.
    Growing up and aging are different parts of the same process, so appreciate them both.
