Instructions

  1. List down the fears you currently have.
    In what area of your life do you feel most fearful? What are the fearful thoughts that have been bothering you lately? What fearful thoughts do you notice when you think about achieving your dreams?
  2. Define what you would do if there was nothing to fear.
    What is your dream? What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail? What do you consider to be your life's purpose? What do you want most out of life?
  3. Replace your fearful thoughts with thoughts of trust.
    Reframe your fears of failure and adversity. Nurture a trust that everything will be okay because challenges and failures are temporary defeats meant to teach us something.
  4. Practice!
    This is a life-long practice. Whenever you notice fearful thoughts creeping in, replace them with a thought of trust.
