Live judgment-free

  1. When you find yourself judging others, first consider your faults.
Forget what other people are doing wrong and focus on your actions.  You will likely discover that you are less likely to blame them. There is no need, and frankly, not enough time, to waste a second judging other people.
  2. Focus on self-improvement.
It is foolish to try to escape other people's faults - they are simply inescapable. Pay attention to yourself, focus on what you could be doing wrong. Fix that. Keep an eye on your own life.
