    The human body is well adapted for dexterity and flexibility. Practice exercises that draw on these natural abilities. 
  3. Avoid disease by practicing good hygiene
  4. Show respect and compassion to the world around you
    Acknowledge the life that exists in all living things, whether another human, a squirrel, or a tree. Treat all aspects of the natural world as sacred, even the rocks and hills. Remind yourself that the world does not revolve around humans or any other being: the world just is.
