    Identify what the problems or challenges are.
  2. Let these challenges elevate you.
    Decide to let their demands and their trials make you stronger. 
  3. Decide which one you are going to attack first.
    Confront and assess the problems and choose the one to start on.
  4. Get started on that problem, no matter how difficult.
    Take action! It will be hard, but dig in and face it. 
  5. When you have dealt with that problem, choose another one and take action.
    Now you have some momentum, and you are feeling stronger. 
  6. Keep reminding yourself that these challenges will help you become a better person. 
    Wiser, stronger, braver, and more resilient.
