Instructions

  1. Control your emotions
    Think about a recent time when you became angry relatively fast and reconsider your actions. Find an alternative, calmer way in which you could have expressed your dissatisfaction, anger, or pain. Without raising your voice, try to find words to express your emotions without being controlled by them. 
  2. Break free from your past
    Make a list of things that make your life unhappier due to negative past events. Think of ways to change those things without using your past as an excuse for your present unhappiness.
