Let go of the negative energy

Instructions

  1. Notice your shifts in energy.
    There will be numerous moments throughout your day where a specific situation or thought will trigger an energy shift. You may feel it as tension or tightness in the chest, along with anxiety, worry, anger, or sadness. It’s important to monitor your body and be aware of these shifts.
  2. Practice letting go.
    When you notice these energy shifts, don’t get sucked into the story you’re telling yourself that accompanies the shift. Breathe into it and relax. Seek to let go of the tension and allow the energy to pass through you. This may be difficult at first, but it becomes easier and more habitual through practice.
