Learn to use disciplined imagination

  1. Identify the problem.
First, identify a clear problem in your life that needs to be solved. This varies depending on the specific exercise you are doing.

  2. Look to the subconscious mind and imagine a solution.
Believe that your subconscious mind can solve the problem and imagine what that solution looks like. Do not try to understand how or why; just have faith that your subconscious holds the answer.

  3. Accept the fact that the problem has been solved.
When finished with an exercise, be confident that the problem will be solved, even if you have not seen results yet. Having conviction about the power of the subconscious mind is crucial.
