Learn to let go and find peace


  1. Prevent disappointment by letting go of expectations.
    Make a list of the expectations that led you to disappointment, then acknowledge that they were useless and let them go. Reframe your perspective on them and stop depending on them.
  2. Let go of everything that is already gone.
    Accept that some things and people are no longer part of your life. Accept it without questioning why it is so. Don't be concerned about things that cannot be returned to you, such as missed chances, expectations, people, etc. Appreciate what you have now and focus on the future.
