Learn to be comfortable with chaos

The answers to things are never very obvious, and this is even more so during periods of high stress and anxiety. As a leader, it is important not to become paralyzed with fear and choose not to act instead of potentially making a mistake.

Instructions

  1. Remind yourself that waiting for the 100% right and certain solution leads to delay, indecision, and an inability to execute.
The right time will never come.
  2.   Tell yourself, “I can only make the best decisions based on the information I have.”
This will put you in the right frame of thinking, especially when things are chaotic and uncertain.
