Keep your illness from consuming you


  1. Remember that you’re not a failure for experiencing illness or disability.
    Do not blame life for treating you unfairly, but do not blame yourself either.

  2. Focus on the present moment instead of giving your illness any past or future.
    Focus on the present moment only and learn to accept your situation - it cannot be undone anyway. If you’re feeling grief, despair, fear, and so on, observe it without judgment.
