Sometimes we end up sitting around waiting for motivation to strike before we do anything. But the action isn’t just the effect of motivation; it’s also the cause of it. You may not have the motivation, you may not know how to do your task, but once you start doing, you begin to feel motivated to do more.


  1. Just do it!
    Whatever it is you’re having an internal debate about, stop thinking and start doing. Take action right now!

  2. Write “Just do it!” on a Post-it note and keep it somewhere you will see it every day.
    This will be  a daily reminder.
