  2. Be autonomous.
    Learn to make decisions without relying on others. This means making decisions based on your own values and desires, rather than trying to please others. Likewise, you should also be able to take responsibility for the consequences of your actions.
  3. Be satisfied.
    Find inner peace and contentment by embracing the concept of non-neediness. Never use the other person just to fill a void.
