Introduce new foods to your diet

Instructions

  1. Increase the number of fruits you consume in a day.
It is best to stick with low-sugar fruits. Sour fruits, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries are great examples of low-sugar fruits. Remember to eat them on an empty stomach.

  2. Increase the number of veggies you are consuming in a day.
You can try eating sweet vegetables, green veggies, or ocean veggies. Add some beets, parsnips, sweet potatoes, and yams to your daily menu.

  3. Introduce one new food at a time.
Try milk kefir, avocados, yogurt, almonds, and seeds if you can tolerate them. As a salad dressing, combine milk kefir and lemon juice.
