  1. Introduce more nature into your living spaces
    Keep a small potted cactus on your workdesk. Plant some flowers in your garden. Grow some herbs on your windowsill.

  2. Decorate your home with pictures of nature
    It can be a small picture of a flower on your dressing table or a large painting behind your couch.

  3. Go for a walk whenever you get stressed
    Instead of staying indoors and getting sucked into a cycle of negative thoughts and chatter, go for a 10-15 minute walk outdoors to clear your head.

  4. Plan your routes so you are exposed to more nature
    Think about the places you go to regularly - is there a different route you could take to see more nature?
