Instructions

  1. Identify your true feelings when with friends or family. Notice when you feel disconnected in a group. Are you laughing and small-talking when you want to share something deeper?

  2. Pick one person and open up about something meaningful. Start a conversation about real worries or dreams. Mention how you sometimes feel alone even when surrounded by people.

  3. Ask for their perspective. Invite the other person to share their own stories. Listen closely and watch how the conversation changes.
