  1. Get a pen and paper.

  2. Think of how your days went for the past week. How did you spend most of your time? Write your answers down.
    Maybe you spent your time watching movies, reading books, etc.

  3. Ask yourself, are you satisfied with what you are doing today?

  4. If you answered Yes, write down the ways how you could improve things.
    If you answered No, write down the things you need to change to feel more satisfied with your life.

  5. Take action!
    Remind yourself that how you spend your day will determine who you will become in the future. So, always make the most out of your day.
