Incorporate the seven rules to rewire your brain

Instructions

  1. Practice mindfulness or being actively aware of your surroundings.
Mindfulness is about paying attention to your thoughts, actions, and surroundings. One effective way to cultivate mindfulness is through meditation. If you are new to meditation, start by setting aside a few minutes each day to sit in a comfortable position and focus on your breathing. As you begin to relax, try to clear your mind and focus on a single word or phrase, such as "peace," "love," or "harmony." Remain in this state for a few minutes, then take a moment to reflect on what you have learned or experienced before returning to your daily activities.
  2. Practice awareness of the choices that you are making.
Pay close attention, even to the smallest choices that you are making. You have control over these, so ask yourself: Are these choices good or bad? Are they creating positive or negative programming?
  3. Set clear intentions.
To create the life you want, it's essential to be clear and specific about your goals. Write down exactly what you want to achieve, and take the time every day to visualize yourself achieving it.
  4. Be specific on the path you want to go.
When setting your intentions, it's important to be specific about what you want to achieve. For example, if your goal is to buy a house, take the time to envision the specific details of your dream home. Find a picture of the type of house you would like to purchase, or if you're building, what kind of house you want to build. Consider the number of rooms you want, whether you prefer a one or two-story house, and other specific details. By being specific in your goals, you can give your brain a clear direction and increase your chances of achieving them.
  5. Use repetition to rewire your brain.
Repetition is key to rewiring your brain, so take the time to visualize your intentions daily.
  6. Connect strong emotions with your goals.
Emotions are the key ingredient to achieving your goals. To create strong feelings toward your goals, say the words, "I love this goal! I can do this! I'm going for it, and I can reach it!" as you start visualizing them. Focus on the feeling while you are saying this, and repeat it often.
  7. Create a strong belief in your goal.
Choose to believe that YOU ARE achieving your goal. After repeating your affirmation, add the following "I choose to believe. I choose to believe.”
