Improve your sleep habits


  1. Make your bedroom a bedroom.
    Remove all electronic devices including TVs and phones to transform your room into a true sanctuary of sleep.

  2. Fake the sunset if it’s still bright out when it’s time for you to sleep.
    Turn off all the devices in your home into night mode instead of looking at the bright sky and waiting for darkness before sleeping. You could also use a sleep mask to camouflage sunlight when you want to sleep.

  3. Take a nap daily.
    Studies have shown that napping in the afternoon improves alertness and cognitive performance.
