  1. Meditate regularly.
    To begin, find a quiet place, sit in a comfortable situation and focus on your breathing.

  2. Participate in soothing activities.
    These activities do not require any effort. Examples include taking a bath, doing a self-massage, reading, or listening to your favorite songs.

  3. Participate in activities which improve your endurance.
    These activities require getting out of your comfort zone, but will help you develop faith in yourself. Do something that you were always afraid to do such as learning a new skill, climbing a tree, or travelling alone.
