Improve your ability to predict problems

There are always warning signs before a problem occurs - but it can be difficult to spot them, especially if you’re not looking.

1. Reflect on a regular basis
   Think about what went wrong and right, and why.

2. Absorb the information around you
   What are your team members discussing? Have any projects been impacted? Is anything ahead of schedule?
