Implement the “One More Try” approach when working on your goal

Instructions

  1. Write down your goal.
Do you want to be more physically fit, reach financial independence, or strengthen your relationships with others? Whatever it is, be specific.
  2. Push yourself harder.
To achieve greater success, learn to go beyond your capabilities. Think that you’re much more capable than you think!
  3. Stick longer.
During the early stages of working on your goal, you may not see any progress yet—but it’s alright! Just stick with your goal for a little longer, keep working on it, and it will be worth it in the end.
  4. Track your progress.
Always keep a record of your activities. For example, you can record the number of pushups you did. In time, you’ll see how these efforts, when compounded, can result in success.
