If you are very busy, do the whole ritual in six minutes.

Not everyone has one hour every morning to do the complete Miracle Morning. However, even a six-minute routine will give you a lot of benefits and will improve your day.


  1. Silence
    Sit down comfortably, and breath slowly.

  2. Affirmations
    Look at what you are committed to doing, and strengthen your feeling of confidence.

  3. Visualization
    Look at your vision board, and visualize accomplishing it.

  4. Journaling
    Write down things you are grateful for.

  5. Reading
    Read one page of a self-help book to inspire new ideas.

  6. Exercise
    Move your body for 60 seconds, for example, do jumping-jacks.
