Look at what you are committed to doing, and strengthen your feeling of confidence. - Visualization
Look at your vision board, and visualize accomplishing it. - Journaling
Write down things you are grateful for. - Reading
Read one page of a self-help book to inspire new ideas. - Exercise
Move your body for 60 seconds, for example, do jumping-jacks.
