Identify your goals and visualize them

Instructions

  1. Find what you want to do in life.
For 10-15 minutes each day, write down, “What do I really love doing?” Answer this honestly, without considering what others want from you, how much money that activity will earn you, or any other factors that will distort the question.
  2. Visualize what your desired success would look like.
Imagine you’ve already achieved success. How would it look and feel? This helps the unconscious mind get used to the idea of what that new reality will look like, thus making it easier to act upon.
  3. Write down and picture your new outcome.
Each morning, write down what you would like to achieve on a piece of paper. Do this until you achieve that goal. This repetition imprints the subconscious and eventually changes your paradigm.
