Identify the threats to your future self

Instructions

  1. Change your environment.
    Identify things in your environment, particularly relationships or activities, that are exerting a gravitational pull on you away from your desired future self. Begin to create some distance from these things, and seek out relationships that will help propel you towards your goals.
  2. Identify the “urgent.”
    Write a list of your daily/weekly activities. Identify which activities or behaviors are not helping you towards your goals and desired future state. Find ways to reduce the demands of these “urgent” items, and learn to say no more often.
