  1. Get a pen and paper. 
  2. Write down one goal you want to achieve in life.  
    Maybe you want to be physically fit, for example. 
  3. Write down the steps you need to do to make those goals happen.
    Be specific with the steps and make sure that they are doable. 
  4. Take action!
    It doesn’t matter if you’ll take small steps each day as long as you’re making progress.
