Identify the behaviors of yours that you associate with your core values.
Think about moments in the past when you did something that aligned with your two core values. For example, if one of your core values is courage, reflect on when you last stood up for something you believed in or stood against something you strongly opposed. -
Align your behaviors and beliefs.
