Honor your pain


  1. Look at your timeline. 
    If you haven’t created it yet, go back to the previous chapter and perform the actions as dictated. Use your timeline to reminisce about an event that reminds you of your true self.
  2. Do a body scan meditation. 
    Visualize your body in your mind’s eye. Now, as though a laser was scanning your body for information, place a hand on tingling parts of your body and speak positive affirmations. Do this for one minute.
