  3. Take care of your health by exercising and caring for yourself
    A lack of exercise and self-care is linked with overthinking. Taking care of your health will help you fight the habit of overthinking and conserve your mental energy

  4. Take breaks throughout the day
    Thinking is hard work and we often do not realise when we are overthinking. Give yourself 5-10 minute breaks throughout the day and night.
