  1. Recognize what triggers your fixed mindset
    It can be failure, criticism, disagreements, new challenges, or pressure. Be aware of statements like: “It’s too difficult”, “Do something easier”,  “Do what you are good at”, “I will never be as good as he/she”.
  2. Respond to the triggers in the growth mindset way
    When your fixed mindset part has a voice, take a breath and analyze the situation. Think about the possible growth mindset solutions. Encourage yourself to choose them instead.
