  1. If there is a sport you always assumed you’re bad at but you liked, you should try it.
    Only after a big effort will you know if you are good at something or not.
  2. If you practiced a sport until it became difficult, try practicing it again with the growth mindset.
    With the fixed mindset we often give up too early, usually when the first obstacles appear.
