  1. Create multiple acquisition channels.

  2. Grow your Facebook group.
    Invite your users to join the group and constantly share helpful content that is relevant to them. You can also share company milestones, mistakes, and setbacks to build an emotional connection with your audience.

  3. Write articles and share them on your website’s blog page.
    When writing your articles, focus more on the value they provide than on metrics such as search engine rankings.

  4. Distribute and repurpose your content.
    Share your content on as many channels as possible. Repurpose existing content by changing its format (for example, by turning an article into a Linkedin post).

  5. Adopt the user-centric mindset.
    Prioritize helping your users and understanding them. Constantly engage with them on your Facebook group, help them, and try to understand them (for example, by sending surveys). Encourage the community to share their experiences using your product and their advice to other users.

  6. Increase the price of your product whenever you make updates that increase its value.
    When you add new features and improve your product, increase its price accordingly.

  7. Hire new team members based on track record and mindset.
    When assessing candidates, keep in mind that the best employees have a combination of a relevant track record and a grind mindset coupled with a desire to learn.

  8. Compare the pros and cons of enterprise deals and affiliate marketing
    Carefully examine whether you’re willing to handle the disadvantages of these deals before reaping their benefits.
