Give yourself love

Instructions

  1. Reflect upon what areas of your heart and mind need self-love.
    What areas of your heart and mind are experiencing turmoil? Do you have past trauma influencing you today? Are you stuck in negativity-based thought loops? Journal about these areas in your heart and mind, and begin to explore their dynamics with self-honesty and self-awareness.
  2. Be curious about what is going on inside of you.
    Radical honesty requires investigating what we have built our mental/emotional home out of. As you experience your typical fluctuations of thoughts and emotions, allow your curiosity to begin examining what triggers them, what purpose you think they serve, and why they might be there in the first place.
  3. Upgrade your habits.
    Write down what habits you currently have that are harmful to your well-being. Start with one, and begin breaking its hold on you incrementally. Don’t overwhelm yourself seeking to overhaul your entire life. Start with one, and find something healthy to replace it with.
