Give yourself a break.

Short work breaks will make you more mentally alert and energized. By slowing down or taking breaks more often, you work faster and leave more time for other areas of life.

Instructions

  1. Take a pause.
    Take a 2-5 minute break after every 45-60 minutes of work. Don’t check your emails and social media. Stand up, stretch, take 10 deep long breaths, and reset your intention.
